Denray Products reserves the right to change prices or withdraw items offered at any time. Due to market pressures and competition, prices and item availability may change without prior notice. In case of a discrepancy between the in-store price and the website price, the in-store price will prevail.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability. Shipping costs apply based on package size and/or destination. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the package and merchandise in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery receipt. Should a defect occur, you may refuse the package by noting the problem on the delivery receipt (package refused, and state the reason).

Purchased products are subject to manufacturers’ warranties. Most parts manufacturers offer a 90-day warranty from the date of sale.

All merchandise returns must be accompanied by a return number clearly indicated on the shipment. Please call our service to request an authorization number. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Any re-packaged item, or item with open or altered packaging, will be accepted, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the credit. All returns are subject to inspection to determine credit.

Applicable taxes for the destination will be charged.

When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email notifying you of your package’s dispatch. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, we will contact you by email or phone.
